I'm married to the beautiful Bridget and father to four fantastic kiddos. We plant churches and live in a fifth-wheel camper. I write and smoke a pipe whenever I get the chance. Currently camped in Austin, TX.
“My own experience has been that the tools I need for my trade are paper, tobacco, food, and a little whiskey.” – William Faulkner
In the trade of learning the Lord, sometimes we use the tool of prayer, and other times we simply call on His name. Sometimes we sing a song, and other times we read scripture or a book. Sometimes we combine many tools at once. Sometimes we use these tools alone, and other times we use them with our brothers and sisters. Regardless, may we never hold the tool in higher esteem than The Trade.
